Ordering
All prices are given in Danish kroner. VAT and shipment are included in the price.

To order a product choose the item you wish to purchase and place it in the shopping cart. You can choose size, colour etc. When you are ready to buy your goods click on the link “Shopping cart” to the right and then on the link “Checkout”. Type in your address and the payment can be made.

When you pay with credit card, type in the card number, expiration date and control numbers. There will be no extra charges when using credit card. The payment will take place in a secure and encrypted line.

Invoice and credit note
When you have made your order through our webshop you will receive a receipt for your purchase.
When the goods are shipped you will receive an invoice for your purchase on email.
If you choose to return the goods you will receive a credit note as soon as we have received the items.

Returns and cancellations
If you regret your purchase you can return the items at your own expense within 14 days from the day you have received the goods.
When you return the items your payment will be returned.
The conditions of getting your payment returned is that the items have not been used or damaged.

The right to complain
Ungdommens Røde Kors gives costumers the right to complain according to Danish law. This includes manufacturing defects, which have been established on an item which have been used for its purpose. This means that the right to complain does not include defects, damages or wear caused directly or indirectly as a result of incorrect use of the item, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised intervention.

As a consumer you always have the right to complain for 2 years. This means that you can have your purchase repaired, exchanged, get your money back or get a reduction of the price according to the situation. This is determined by whether or not the complain is legitimate.

The goods have to been sent back to Ungdommens Røde Kors when you wish to complain.

Delivery
All orders will be executes within 3-4 days and sent via Post Danmark. Shipment is included in the stated prices.

Privacy and security
We only use your personal information (name, address, email) to send your goods and to inform you about unforeseen situations about the delivery.

Personal information will be saved at Ungdommens Røde Kors and kept for 5 years, according to Danish law, and then deleted. If you are registered you have the right to get insight to the registered information, and you can complain about the information registered about you according to Danish law.

Information given to Ungdommens Røde Kors will not be passed on or sold to others and we will not register sensitive information about you.

- Check your statement of account
- Read everything on the site, especially the terms and conditions
- You have to pay for the shipment if you regret your purchase and return the goods, if something is wrong with the product you do not have to pay for the shipment
